1962 Mercury Meteor Custom
Located in Ellijay, Georgia, this four-door 1962 Mercury Meteor Custom comes with a 221-cid V8 and a three-speed manual transmission. The motivated seller states that due to health and age, it is now listed for sale at an asking price of $4,250. This price includes a supply of new and used parts with over $2,000 worth of receipts. You’ll need to have a way to get it home as the Mercury does not run in its current condition, but the seller states the car is 100-percent complete and the body is straight and rust free. 1956 Oldsmobile Super 88
Did someone say, “dream car”? Located in Lynwood, Illinois, this 1956 Oldsmobile Super 88 is described as a “major project” that is not currently drivable. However, the seller states the car was disassembled and the chassis completely restored, and he confirms that the body is solid. It is already equipped with all new brakes and suspension. According to the listing, the car is complete with the iconic Rocket V8 topped with four-barrel carburetors and an automatic transmission, plus it has all of its trim pieces and a clean title. 1965 Chevrolet Biscayne Station Wagon
Located in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, this 1965 Chevrolet Biscayne station wagon project could be intimidating to some, but this is a model that’s not seen often on the market. The seller discloses that this vehicle does sport some severe invasive rust on the frame, but with the proper repairs, it could make an excellent candidate for a restomod or pro touring car project. The powerplant is a factory 230-cid inline-six engine topped with a single barrel carburetor, and transmission is a three-speed manual. 1957 Dodge Coronet
Located in Akron, Ohio is a two-door 1957 Dodge Coronet HT Lancer paired with an accompanying four-door Custom Royal sedan which the seller originally purchased to be a parts car. Sold as a package deal with “tons of parts” for an asking price of $4,000, the seller states that this combination should be enough to build one really good car. However, it would be the buyer’s choice, both bodies are reportedly rust free, have good titles, and both have been repainted and had floor pan repairs at some point in their lives. 1936 DeSoto Airflow
Located in Stanton, California, this four-door 1936 Desoto Airflow is being sold as a project or a parts car, however we think it would make a better project car. The Desoto is reportedly complete aside from its bumpers, and the seller believes all the interior trim and stainless pieces are present. Get a closer look.
1965 Simca 1000 Bertone Coupe
Here’s a classic car that isn’t seen every day. The Simca Coupé 1000 is a rear-engine two-door coupe, styled by Bertone, that was produced between 1962 and 1971. Located in Beverly Hills, California, this 1965 Simca 1000 Bertone Coupe, listed for an asking price of $4,950 with several people watching the listing, comes equipped with what appears to be its original engine and a manual transmission.
1946 Cadillac 62
Located in Ambler, Pennsylvania is this 1946 Cadillac 62 which is described by the seller as a “one-of-a-kind ‘resto-rod’” with a rebuilt 500 cubic-inch Cadillac engine, a rebuilt TH400 Cadillac transmission, and a newer Cadillac rear end. The seller states the car is rolling, not running, and is equipped with four-wheel power disc brakes, power steering, new upholstery, new glass, and new chrome, all for an asking price of just $2,000. Rust is reported to be minimal and the body is straight. Parts availability may be better than you’d think for a classic DeSoto of this era as Chrysler owned Desoto during the car’s production and many of the parts can be found branded as Chrysler. 1974 Porsche 914
Located in Troy, New York, this 1974 Porsche 914 listed for $2,000. The seller states the body is in good shape, but the interior carpeting was removed by the prior owner. The ‘70s sports car “ran fine” prior to storage and has “no issues with the motor or transmission.” Only one photo is offered on the listing, however, but interested buyers can contact the seller for more information.
1966 Vanden Plas Princess
We have a unique find located in Groveland, Florida. This 1966 Vanden Plas Princess, presented in a rare black and silver two-tone paint scheme, is a left-hand drive classic car equipped with a FB60 Rolls Royce four-liter engine. This model was the result a collaboration between Rolls Royce and Vanden-Plas. It is compact by Rolls Royce standards with refined performance, handling and an incredibly advanced gearbox in its time.
