At TGS 2023, HoYoverse had a big presence with new trailers for the usual suspects, but I didn’t expect a big announcement for Honkai Impact 3rd (Free). Before getting to that, Zenless Zone Zero is also confirmed for “consoles” in addition to PC and mobile platforms and we had a new trailer for Honkai Star Rail for the PS5 date and new update. Today’s Honkai Impact 3rd announcement is Honkai Impact 3rd Part 2 which is a major overhaul of the game planned for February 2024. This update will bring in a new story that is accessible to newcomers and old players, upgraded combat, new partners, cultures, and more.
