New car sales in Ukraine surge 51.5% year-on-year in February to 5,650 units, leading to a year-to-date tally up 48.9% to 10,013. The Top 3 manufacturers all beat the market: Toyota is up 69.6% to 15.2% share, Renault up 64.2% to 12.5% and Volkswagen up 52.8% to 8.4%. Skoda (+37.8%) stays at #4 with 8% of the market, followed by Peugeot (+364%) and Nissan (+398%) both euphoric. No other Top 10 member outpaces the market with Hyundai (-26.7%) and BMW (-19%) hit the hardest. Below, Audi (+1833.3%), BYD (+822.2%), Kia (+380%) and Citroen (+287.5%) stand out. Zeekr ranks #26.
