The movie hits theaters this Fall on November 27th and there is no official date for this collection but I imagine soon! The Broadway sensation gets a new cast line up for the film with Arianna Grande playing Glinda and Cynthia Erivo playing Elphaba. Kristin Chenoweth better make some surprise appearance because I’ll be crushed if she doesn’t. I’m pretty excited about this launch as I’m a huge fan of the play. I’ve seen it numerous times and it gets better every single time.
Sadly, this is a smaller launch compared to ones we’ve seen in the past from brands like Urban Decay. Remember when Urban Decay Urban Decay Oz The Great and Powerful Palettes launched to celebrate the release of Oz the Great and Powerful back in 2013. There was an Urban Decay Glinda Eyeshadow Palette in this collection and a Theodora Eyeshadow Palette! Those were the days weren’t they?
But it may be soon considering they are teasing us already and it’s on Sephora’s website as coming soon!! Perhaps a very early Spring 2024 Collection? Or will we have to wait for Fall 2024 to grab this one?
