Today is Maserati Folgore Day, which signifies the brand’s path to full electrification. The event is also taking place on Maserati’s 110th anniversary, in Rimini, Italy.
The big news at today’s event is the debut of the GranCabrio Folgore, a fully electric version of the brand’s open-top sports car. It follows the introduction of the electric GranTurismo Folgore and Grecale Folgore models. The full electric MC20 Folgore sports car is set to debut in 2025.
By 2028, the entire Trident range will have been fully electrified.
