Former President Donald Trump nearly got assassinated last month, a shocking moment captured on camera.
Rosie O’Donnell, one of Hollywood’s most vocal Trump critics, thinks we can’t trust our eyes and ears when it comes to that event.

O’Donnell, who has famously feuded with Trump over the years, shared her “theory” on the July 13 assassination attempt in Butler, Pa. on social media.
The clip, shared by the popular X account Libs of TikTok, finds O’Donnell questioning if Trump’s ear actually was hit by a bullet or a “fragment.”
“I don’t know what happened that day, but I don’t think it was a bullet that hit him,” she said. There’s zero proof anything else but a bullet pierced his ear.
Next, she suggested the event was staged to make him look heroic. Why else would he pop up after being hit and raise his fist in the air.
“That’s a normal reaction, right, to almost being assassinated,” she said.
She also alleged he “regrew” his ear, something that only happens with octopuses, she noted.
O’Donnell’s fans cheered her on.

I think when he smacked his ear, he had a blood capsule and that is what he used on his ear. I don’t think he was hit by anything.
People underestimate how bad he does not want to go to prison. He will do anything people ….anything.
It’s the kind of disinformation, or misinformation we hear all about these days. Yet TikTok hasn’t censored O’Donnell’s rant. Nor are any entertainment outlets demanding the platform take down her fact-free conspiracy.
Trump has said some crude things about O’Donnell over the years, to his discredit. Her reaction to his near-death experience, sadly, is several leagues below that brand of name-calling.
