The organ is a puzzle in Destiny 2’s “Kell’s Fall” Exotic mission. It has multiple different note codes and melodies to discover and input. You can use this organ to upgrade the Intrinsic perk (Nightsworn Sight) on the Slayer’s Fang Exotic shotgun, and unlock a few cute Easter eggs inside the mission.
In this Destiny 2 guide, we’ll list out all codes for the “Kell’s Fall” organ puzzle and show you which doors they open inside the Fanatic’s vampire castle so you can evolve the Slayer’s Fang into its ultimate form.
All ‘Kell’s Fall’ organ puzzle codes in Destiny 2
After you enter “Kell’s Fall,” complete the initial encounter with the resurrected Trickster and walk into the castle. You’ll find yourself in the Bailey, face-to-face with a giant Scorn organ. However, the first time you encounter it, it’ll be missing a few note buttons. To fix the organ, complete the mission normally until you’re on your third run, have nearly finished the “Kell of Kells” quest, and all the note buttons are all available.
Once you have access to the entire organ, you’ll be able to input all of the codes below — which are found in various places during the mission — and unlock all three Intrinsic upgrades in a single run.
To input a code, stand on the white platform in the middle of the organ and shoot the notes in the order listed below. We’ve labeled the note buttons 1-13, left to right, as you can see in the image above. Once you’ve input the code you want to activate, step off the platform to confirm your inputs. You’ll get a message in the bottom left of your screen that will tell you if you put the code in correctly.
Here are all organ codes for the “Kell’s Fall” Exotic mission:
- 2, 11, 1, 10, 7, 6 — Opens the door to the first Intrinsic upgrade, Nightsworn Sight 2.
- 1, 4, 11, 1, 4, 10 — Opens the door to the second Intrinsic upgrade, Nightsworn Sight 3.
- 1, 8, 1, 6 — Opens the door to the third Intrinsic upgrade, Nightsworn Sight 4.
- 10, 4, 6, 1, 11, 4, 8, 1 — Teleports you to a boss fight against the Scorned Organist.
- 1, 8, 4, 11, 1, 6, 4, 10 — Opens the door to an Easter egg shrine to Uldren hidden in the middle of the mission.
- 1, 8, 1, 9 — Creepy Easter egg message: “The melody twists your stomach in knots. You’ve made a terrible mistake.”
- 1, 8, 1, 11, 9 — Creepy Easter egg message: “The melody sends a chill down your spine. What have you done?”
- 4, 7, 9, 6, 2, 6, 7, 1 — Savathun’s Song Easter egg, which causes her to laugh over your radio comms.

How to get Intrinsic upgrade #1 in ‘Kell’s Fall’
Organ code: 2, 11, 1, 10, 7, 6
Once opened the the door that holds the Nightsworn Sight 2 upgrade, head right from the organ and up the stairs. Follow the path in the Bailey until you head through an open door into a room with a bunch of gnarled roots and a dead tree. At the back of the room, sitting near the door, you’ll see a glowing chalice or bell on the ground. Pick it up and you’ll unlock the Nightsworn Sight 2 Intrinsic upgrade.
Note: Sometimes you won’t see the Intrinsic perk upgrade show up in your loot feed, but you’ll still be able to upgrade it at the Enclave.
How to get Intrinsic upgrade #2 in ‘Kell’s Fall’
Organ code: 1, 4, 11, 1, 4, 10
Once you’ve input the organ code to open the door that holds the Nightsworn Sight 3 upgrade, head left from the organ and proceed into the first mirror dimension area (the “yrellaG rorriM”). Play the mission normally until you enter a long hallway with a now-open door at the end — if you exit the mirror dimension, you’ve gone too far. Enter through the doorway and look for a small knife in the corner of the tiny room (it’s difficult to spot given all the purple, so look for the shimmer). Collect it to unlock the Nightsworn Sight 3 Intrinsic upgrade.
How to get Intrinsic upgrade #3 in ‘Kell’s Fall’
Organ code: 1, 8, 1, 6
Once you’ve input the organ code to open the door that holds the Nightsworn Sight 4 upgrade, proceed through the mission like normal until after you complete the Fighting Pit encounter, the jumping puzzle, and place the rally flag in the Vestibule for the mission’s second encounter with the Mindbender. After you’ve placed the flag, do not go through the portal into the mirror dimension to fight the boss. Instead, you’ll need to light three braziers near the mirror. One is behind chains in the room with the rally flag, and the other two are in the mirror room.
Lighting all three braziers will open a door behind you. Turn around and follow the path back, jumping over the pit you climbed up from. You’ll see two open doors. Go through them and collect the urn in the second room to unlock the Nightsworn Sight 4 Intrinsic upgrade.
After you’ve collected all three Intrinsic upgrades, you can either finish the mission or quit and go upgrade your Slayer’s Fang shotgun. There’s nothing extra at the end of the mission for you to collect.
