In a recent YouTube video by “Cars For You,” Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra were spotted arriving at a restaurant for dinner in their Bentley Flying Spur. The prime highlight of this top-of-the-line four-door sedan from Bentley is its wrap job. Originally painted in white, this Bentley Flying Spur now boasts a chrome wrap all over its body, giving this otherwise elegant and understated luxury sedan an extremely flashy appearance.

Chrome is a color that is currently not offered by any carmaker as a standard choice. However, many people in India have wrapped their vehicles in this shade, making them attention-grabbing, though not always in a commonly accepted sense. Bollywood celebrities usually opt for subtle-looking shades for their luxury vehicles. However, this is the first time that any Bollywood personality has been seen in a car with such an eye-popping color. Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra are proud owners of several luxury cars, SUVs, and sports cars, most of which are in more subdued shades like black and white. This Bentley Flying Spur in an attention-grabbing shade marks a departure from their usual choice.

Are wraps legal?
Indian authorities have banned altering the color of a vehicle. If someone changes the color, it must be endorsed on the registration certificate. However, wraps do not permanently alter the color of the vehicle. This is why wraps exist in a legal gray area.
In recent times, Indian authorities have taken vehicle modifications quite seriously. Although there is no specific law addressing wraps, there is a section that pertains to changing the original color of the vehicle. Changing the original or stock color of the vehicle is illegal in India. However, in most states and union territories, the police do not typically stop vehicles with differently colored wraps.
