The Eagles and Chiefs also have a 6-1 record after their wins on Sunday. Minnesota is 2-1 in their last three games after starting the season with three straight losses.
The 49ers were 5-0 before they lost to the Browns in Week 6. Kicker Jake Moody missed a 41-yard field goal and the Niners lost their first game of the season. They’ll be looking to get back on track tonight vs. the Vikings. Kirk Cousins is without his All-Pro WR in Justin Jefferson and will once again have to spread the ball around to the weapons he does have. Minnesota won their last matchup 19-13 on the road vs. the Bears.

Tonight will be Kirk Cousins’ second straight game without the AP 2022 Offensive Player of the Year. Justin Jefferson is on the IR with a hamstring injury. In his last game without Jefferson, Cousins only had 181 passing yards vs. the Bears. Minnesota will be facing an even tougher defense tonight when they have to play the 49ers.
For the season, Cousins is averaging (279.8) yards per game. Tonight, his O/U for passing yards is set at (240.5) at home vs. the 49ers. It’s a number that he’s gone over in four of his six games played in 2023. Without Jefferson tonight, he’ll look for players like K.J. Osborn, T.J. Hockenson, and Jordan Addison as his primary targets. Cousins has proved this season that he can still have over (240.5) passing yards against tougher defenses.
3. Christian McCaffrey Over (63.5) rushing yards @ (-118) via BetOnline
Heading into their matchup tonight, Christian McCaffrey is dealing with an oblique injury. He’s one of the toughest players in the league and will play vs. the Vikings. There was a chance he would not suit up, but McCaffrey is healthy enough to at least start the game. Through six games, McCaffrey is leading the NFL with (543) rushing yards.
That’s an average of (92.2) yards per game this season. Tonight, his O/U for rushing yards is set at (63.5). Even with the injury that feels like an attainable number for the Pro Bowler.
