Trade discussions between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Atlanta Hawks for Dejounte Murray seem to have hit a roadblock, with recent reports indicating a lack of significant progress.
According to NBA insider Marc Stein, there has been minimal trade dialogue between the Lakers and the Hawks in recent days regarding the former All-Star guard Murray.
Despite the fluid nature of trade talks during this time of the year, sources suggest that the likelihood of Murray joining the Lakers before the deadline, as of this Sunday, is deemed “unrealistic.”
Recent reports indicated that the Lakers proposed a deal involving D’Angelo Russell, but the Hawks appear uninterested in acquiring the point guard.
