Regarded as one of the best sitcoms of all time, Cheers turned Sam Malone's underground pub into the best gathering spot in Boston for over a decade. Despite its slow start, Cheers became a phenomenon for NBC, and had Danson opted to do it longer, the show would have continued for more seasons. 30 years since the bar closed its doors, calls for a Cheers reunion have only been getting louder, especially in light of the new Frasier reboot.
