Bryn Forbes is facing legal issues as he has been arrested on a third-degree felony charge of assault involving the strangulation or choking of a family member. Sources indicate that a warrant for his arrest was issued recently.
Notably, Forbes had a previous arrest around the same time last year on a family violence charge, which was ultimately dismissed last month after he completed a pretrial diversion program. His current bond has been set at $7500 according to booking records.
