Try as he might, Richard can’t be on every show and this week Howard Casner demonstates how superflous Richard really is. Howard moves us through three rounds of Whatcha Been Watchin’ films with Nicole Ayers of The MadLab Post, David Brook from Blueprint Review, Stephen Palmer from the Asian Cinema Film Club and newcomer Daniel Chadwick-Shubat from the Get Reel Movies Blog.

Howard,as always, finds some interesting gems, some of them are even in English, but he makes sure to give all the guests plenty of room to talk about their Films. Nicole picked 3 short films, but no one was shortchanging her on the discussion.

David Brook starts with a Wakaliwood film, and then a cheerful little story about a man who murders a woman and shoots her child. Fortunately, he does not finish in despair because Frank Capra lifts the spirits with more amusing murderers.

Daniel has a TIFF Favorite from a few years ago, and a linguistics lesson or two for us on two different movies.. Stephen gets targeted for being a Southerner, but probably not the way you think. And everyone shares what the hope to be seeing soon as the exit question.

There was no game this week, but if you want one, try finding some of these films on line. If you get all of them, be sure to shout out “That’s a Bingo”, we will know what you mean
