The Russian arm of Arctic Trucks presented a modified version of the Tank 300, elevating its off-road credentials so it is ready to attack the wilderness. The Tank 300 AT35 received a set of all-terrain wheels and heavy-duty suspension while being dressed with a special bodykit.
Tank is already offering an off-road-focused special edition of the 300 in China, called Iron Cavalry 02, but Arctic Trucks took things a step further for “extreme driving enthusiasts, hunters, fishermen or extreme sports fans”.
As with all AT35 builds, the highlight is the 35-inch tires, wrapped around a new set of significantly wider alloy wheels. The thick walls of the tires are partly responsible for the height increase since the SUV also features heavy-duty suspension with a 2-inch lift kit and an adjustable Panhart rod at the rear.

Besides the new shoes and the identical spare wheel at the back, the Tank 300 AT35 features significantly wider front and rear fenders, mudguards, plus a few Arctic Trucks emblems and stickers. The roof rack appears to be the one that is offered as an option from the factory. Finally, a three-layer protection was applied to the bodykit, making it more resistant to scratches. While the pictured example doesn’t come fitted with a snorkel, Arctic Trucks will likely provide one for those interested.
Thanks to all the aforementioned changes, the modified Chinese SUV is 40 mm (1.6 inches) longer, 145 mm (5.7 inches) wider, and 112 mm (4.4 inches) taller compared to the stock version. Likewise, the ground clearance has been increased to 272 (10.7 inches), with improved approach and departure angles at 40 and 42 degrees respectively.
The turbocharged 2.0-liter petrol engine remains in stock condition, producing the same 217 hp (162 kW / 220 PS) and 387 Nm (285 lb-ft) of torque. The mill is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox sending power to all four wheels with the help of electronic differential locks.
The Tank 300 AT35 is already available to order starting from 5,299,000 rubles ($52,207). Furthermore, existing owners of the Tank 300 can purchase the upgrade kit for 1,200,000 rubles ($11,823).
