Social media has become a crucial part of our lives. We often come across videos that bring a smile to our faces. However, in their quest to create more and more viral content, influencers and social media users often come up with new ideas. While some of these are purely for fun, there are others where they perform stunts on public roads. Here, we have a video in which a person dressed as a Zomato ‘delivery boy’ is seen riding a Suzuki Hayabusa superbike. The video has surfaced online and has already gone viral.

The video was shared by Harpreet Singh on his Instagram page. In this video or Instagram reel, a person is seen riding a Suzuki Hayabusa superbike on the streets of Delhi. The person is actually wearing a T-shirt that says “Zomato” on it. He also has a bag placed behind him that he uses to deliver food. Zomato is a popular online food delivery application in India, and it appears that the person was using the T-shirt and the parcel box to grab attention from the public on social media.

If you watch this video carefully, you’ll clearly notice that the guy does not look like an actual delivery partner from Zomato. He even has an Insta 360 camera mounted on the ORVM of the superbike, probably to record footage of him riding the bike. The video is shot in a way that makes it look like a candid video, but in reality, it is not. He can be seen revving the engine hard, and we can also hear the sporty note from the aftermarket exhaust.
The registration number of the motorcycle is not visible in this video. He is not riding the bike recklessly; however, it is evident from the video that it was staged. This is not the first time we’ve come across a video like this on Instagram. Last week, a similar incident was reported from Indore as well. In that video, a girl was riding a Yamaha R15 motorcycle while wearing a jersey with Zomato branding on the road.
Initial rumors suggested that the girl riding the bike was a model, and this was a new idea by Zomato Indore’s marketing head. Soon, Deepinder Goyal, CEO of Zomato, came forward with a clarification that Zomato had nothing to do with this. The girl was not wearing a helmet, which was again a major issue. In this case, the person riding the bike is actually from the Sikh community. As he is wearing a turban, he cannot wear a proper riding helmet.
We have also seen videos where people actually deliver food to customers on superbikes, and abroad, there are cases where people who book an Uber are picked up in supercars and sports cars. Coming back to the Hayabusa video, we are still not sure whether the person was actually delivering the food or if he just rented or bought the T-shirt and bag with Zomato branding just for the sake of creating a video.
