We’ve reached the final episode of Hornet: A Swarm of One, presented by Dodge. During the nine-episode series, we saw what was a stock daily driver Dodge Hornet GT become a weekend drag racer before going under the knife to emerge as a track capable wide body concept complete with a full suite of modifications. A full-on track test with our freshly built 2023 Dodge Hornet GLHS concept proved to us that, thanks to Direct Connection and some imagination, the Hornet GT crossover (or hatchback) is one of the best tuning platforms on the market!
While we built this one-off track-ready crossover, we introduced you to several talents in the automotive industry. The Dodge Hornet GT’s more aggressive looks and enhanced performance wouldn’t have been possible without help from the likes of conceptual artist Abilmelec Arellano, designer Neil Tjin, fabricator Alex Tourtounis, and Josh Daley of Daley Visual. In fact, our 2023 Dodge Hornet GLHS concept came together in a way that exceeded our expectations.
