Honor led the way in foldable smartphone shipments in China for the July – September period according to the latest Omdia report. Honor climbed to an impressive 28% market share during the Q3 period, surpassing Huawei which came in second with a 26% slice of the Chinese foldable market.

Honor Magic V2 was the key driver earning a 25% market share alone while total shipments of Honor foldables for the period numbered 1.7 million units. Omdia estimates that Honor has now shipped over 800,000 units of the Magic V2 in China…
