The Ambanis keep on adding new cars to their already rich garage now and then. The latest supercar addition to the Ambani garage is the Ferrari Roma worth Rs 4.5 crore. Someone from the Ambani family was spotted driving the new car in Mumbai with the Mercedes-AMG G-Wagen as the security car making way for the new vehicle.
The new Ferrari was spotted with the security car going through the streets of Mumbai. Launched in 2021, the new Ferrari model is a rare sight on Indian roads, with only a few units available. It stands out with its unique and striking design, setting it apart from other Ferrari models. The Ferrari Roma features sleek all-LED headlights with integrated daytime running lights (DRLs) and four tail lamps. It also boasts a quad-exhaust setup and an electronically controlled spoiler.
The interior of the new Ferrari Roma diverges significantly from previous Ferraris. It offers separate cells for the driver and co-driver, creating a sense of individuality. The center console houses an 8.4-inch tablet-style touchscreen infotainment system, while the car is equipped with a 16-inch instrument cluster and a new steering wheel featuring capacitive buttons.
Under the hood, the Ferrari Roma is powered by a 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine. With this engine, it produces an impressive maximum power of 690 PS and a peak torque of 760 Nm. The power is transmitted to the rear wheels through an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Supercars of the Ambanis
The Ambani family is known for its love of luxury cars, including SUVs and sedans such as the Rolls Royce Phantom Series VIII. In addition to these models, the Ambani garage boasts numerous supercars, which we list below.
One of the eight supercars in the Ambani garage is a red Ferrari 812 SuperFast, which replaced the F12 Berlinetta in the Ferrari lineup worldwide. The car comes with a price tag of Rs 5.5 crore and is powered by a 6.5-litre V12 engine, generating 789 Bhp and 718 Nm of torque.
Another supercar is the first McLaren 570S to arrive in Maharashtra. Owned by Anant Ambani, it is powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged petrol V8 engine and is usually seen on the roads late at night.
The Aventador S Roadster in blue Nereid finish is rarely seen on the roads and was spotted by Atharvya. It entered the Ambani garage a few years ago and has only been taken out a few times.
The Ferrari 488 GTB, finished in red, is another supercar in the Ambani garage. It is the second Ferrari in their collection and was spotted by Pankaj Jadhav.
Also in red and bearing the “777” registration is the Portofino, spotted by Manish Jain. It was launched a couple of years ago with a price tag of Rs 3.5 crore.
Although the Aston Martin DB11 has remained away from the public eye for a long time, it was recently spotted by Pankaj Jadhav. It features a twin-turbocharged 5.2-litre V8 engine and bears the “6” registration number.
The Tesla Model S, despite being an electric car, is considered a supercar because of its Ludicrous Mode, which can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. The Ambani garage houses this state-of-the-art electric car with multiple electric motors.
Finally, the blue BMW i8 hybrid car has been in the Ambani garage for some time and was recently spotted parked inside. It is powered by both a petrol and an electric motor, with a combined output of 357 Bhp and 570 Nm of peak torque.
