Hyundai has announced US pricing for the all-new 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric.
The 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric, a significant design update with a larger cabin and cargo area than the previous generation, will come in three trim levels: SE, SEL, and the range-topping Limited.
Hyundai is known for equipping even their base model cars with a healthy amount of equipment, and the 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric is no exception. The base SE trim of the 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric will start at $32,675 (before $1,335 destination fee), and will come standard with navigation-based smart cruise control with stop & go, dual 12.3-inch infotainment and digital instrument cluster displays, dual-zone automatic climate control, and proximity key entry with push-button start. The 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric SE will feature a 99-kW electric motor rated for 133 hp mated to a 48.6 kWh battery good for an estimated 200 miles of range.
The 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric SEL is the next step up the trim hierarchy, with a starting MSRP of $36,675 (before $1,335 destination fee). The 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric SEL will feature a larger 64.8 kWh battery with an estimated 261 miles of range and a more powerful electric motor producing 201 hp. Standard features include heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, rear air vents, and privacy glass.
At the top of the 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric ladder is the Limited trim starting at $41,045 (before $1,355 destination fee), which will feature the same powertrain as the SEL but with some other notable upgrades. These upgrades include satin chrome trim, a sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats, H-Tex leatherette seating surfaces, ambient lighting, a heated steering wheel, and an eight-speaker Bose audio system. Additional 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric Limited features include a surround view monitor, remote park assist, a power liftgate, and a wireless phone charger.

All trims of the 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric will be available in Mirage Green, Neoteric Yellow, Abyss Black, Ecotronic Gray, Cyber Gray, Atlas White, and Meta Blue Pearl, the latter of which is exclusive to the 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric. SE and SEL model interiors will be available in either black or gray cloth, with the Limited trim featuring H-Tex leatherette seating surfaces in either black or a trim-exclusive sage green with lime accents.
