However, many people have customized their Innova Hycross to enhance their presence even more. One such example is this white-coloured Toyota Innova Hycross with Modellista body kit, which adds more layers of style and road presence to this MPV.
A YouTube video from “Vig auto accessories” shows a lower-spec Toyota Innova Hycross GX variant with a Modellista body kit and a few more accessories, and claims to be the first Innova Hycross to feature this body kit imported from Indonesia. In the video, the Toyota Innova Hycross installed with this body kit shows the customized front and rear profiles of the MPV, which now get body-coloured skirts all around at the bottom. The front bumper also gets slim LED daytime running light strips, which are available as standard in the higher-spec variants of the Toyota Innova Hycross.
However, the one attempt at customization, which makes this Toyota Innova Hycross an attention grabber, is the after-market dynamic LED tail lamp setup, which has replaced the factory-fitted combination LED tail lamps. Here, these tail lamps have a clear lens design and come with dynamic LED lights that have welcoming and departing signature lighting effects. The body-coloured panel between the tail lamps has also been replaced with a gloss black panel, which houses an LED light bar within it that connects these tail lamps, while also featuring welcome and departing effects.
The customizer has also transformed the cabin of the Toyota Innova Hycross with premium-looking burgundy-coloured artificial leather seat covers and a better-sounding sound system comprising Sony speakers, sub-woofer and amplifier and sound damping from Pioneer. Apart from these add-ons and customizations, this Toyota Innova Hycross doesn’t get any other mechanical tweak or performance boost.
The variant of the Toyota Innova Hycross shown in the video is a lower-spec GX variant which comes with a 2.0-litre four-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine. Paired with a CVT gearbox, this engine produces 173 bhp of maximum power and 209 Nm of maximum torque. This variant is decently equipped with features like LED headlamps, 16-inch alloy wheels, engine start-stop button, manual AC and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
