Lionsgate has released a trailer for its upcoming western thriller film The Night They Came Home. The film is inspired by true events, and the story follows a lawman who partners up with a Native American detective to hunt down a ruthless band of teenage criminals who are hellbent on revenge.
The action-packed western “chronicles the ruthless exploits of the Rufus Buck Gang, a group of outlaws who clashed with the Indian Territory of Middle America at the tail end of the 19th century. The combined force of local lawmen and Indian police aim to take down a coldhearted band of fugitives with vengeance on their minds.”
The movie was directed by Paul G. Volk and it stars Dany Trejo, Brian Austin Green, Robert Carradine, Charlie Townsend, and Tim Abell. I’m always open to watching a good western, unfortunately, this one doesn’t look that good.
The Night They Came Home will be released in select theaters and on VOD on January 12th, 2024.
