The 1991 Ford Mustang Fox Body street to drag strip build is nearing completion. The last four episodes followed the transformation of the pony car as Junior, Terry, and the crew put in the work to create an authentic street/strip throwback racer like what would be seen in the late ’80s and early ’90s. So far, upgrades have included a ProCharger supercharger, a beefed up 8.8” rear end from MOSER Engineering, plus new wheels, tires, brakes, and more.
We’re in the final stretch in Episode 5. Watch as Classic Industries steps in with a new windshield, new replacement quarter glass, a killer cowl hood, and upgraded interior components. A highlight for the interior is a Summit Racing-sourced B&M ratchet shifter, which complements our LenTech transbrake valve body, and brings the build just that much closer to completion.
