As the NBA trade deadline on February 8 looms closer, Washington Wizards point guard Tyus Jones emerges as a potential trade target.
Insiders privy to the Wizards’ trade aspirations have disclosed the team’s preference in exchange for Jones. According to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, NBA executives have shared insights, revealing, “The belief is Washington would covet a first-round pick to consider trading Tyus Jones.”
Jones, recently highlighted as a trade prospect for the Los Angeles Lakers, is on an expiring $14 million contract.
