Grant Williams, now with the Dallas Mavericks, reflects on his transition from the Boston Celtics and the experience of playing alongside superstar Luka Doncic.
Teaming up with Doncic, who averages 9.4 assists in addition to 34.5 points per game, has simplified Williams’ role on the court.
Williams humorously describes his role alongside Doncic, stating, “Luka Doncic kind of sets you up where you don’t have to do much—just eat a bag of popcorn, knock down some open shots, and move on,” as reported by Rob Mahoney of The Ringer.
