Ahead of its April debut for Season 3, The Irregular at Magic High School’s has revealed a promo video and specially illustrated visual starring Minami Sakurai!
Voiced by Kiyono Yasuno, Minami is tasked with being the Guardian of Miyuki Shiba. The video gives fans a refresher on her past scenes, where she begins her duties.
Originally a web novel by Tsutomu Sato, The Irregular at Magic High School takes place in a world where magic is a recognised technology. The story follows Tatsuya and Miyuki Shiba, siblings who enrol at a magic school where the latter is considered a gifted magician. Meanwhile, despite Tatsuya’s poor ranking by school standards, he is marked as an “irregular” due to his unique talents.
The TV anime adaptation began in 2014, with a second season running from October to December 2020. The Reminiscence Arc was also adapted into a 71-minute anime that aired in December 2021.
The Irregular at Magic High School Season 3 will air from April 2024.
