At the NS400’s heart lies a refined version of the 373.3cc liquid-cooled engine powering the Dominar 400. Tuned specifically for the NS400’s sporty aspirations, this unit will likely churn out around 40PS. Combined with a meaty mid-range, sharp throttle response and a free-revving character up to a 10,000 rpm redline or beyond, the NS400 promises savage acceleration

Aggressive New Exterior To Match
The NS400’s exterior styling should build upon the muscular aesthetics first introduced on the NS200 and refined in the recent Pulsar 250 models. Signature highlights like a bikini fairing-integrated headlamp assembly, sculpted fuel tank panels and a stepped-up seat will fuse with rear-set footpegs, clip-on handlebars and a sticky rear tire to create a cocky, aggressive new look. Underpinning the NS400’s rumored athleticism will likely be meaty upside-down front forks, preload-adjustable rear monoshock and a stiff chassis geared for rapid direction changes and high lean angles. Rumour mills are abuzz that Bajaj could unveil the NS400 sometime in 2024, perhaps initially for export markets. But enthusiasts eagerly awaiting its India launch may not have to wait too long if indications about Bajaj actively developing and fine-tuning the bike prove true.
