The month of April is when we celebrate a franchise in the Movie of the Month Episodes. While there are some movies that deserved a franchise and never got a sequel (The Nice Guys, Dredd and The Shadow could still happen if we wish hard enough), there are plenty of film series where we might wonder, “How did this happen?”
We have four film franchises that await your decision, which one will live on as a MOTM Lamb Legend? The voting period will end April 15, so get your votes in now. There will be no lost box of ballots discovered in somebody’s cache after that date.

Matt Hudson from What I Watched Tonight, challenges us to take an even deeper dive by nominating the “A Nightmare on Elmstreet” Film Series.
Finally, Sean Homrig, from the Cabot Cove Confab, has a more modest franchise with only three films, the Kenneth Branagh versions of the Agatha Christie character, Hercule Poirot. Murder on the Orient Express, Death on the Nile, and A Haunting in Venice
