If Homer Simpson was a real person I’m pretty sure Lanolips Glazed Donut 101 Ointment Multi-Balm would be his must have. Glazed Donut is one of two new Spring 2024 flavors that recently launched in the Lanolips Collection and it’s available now and on sale at ulta.com! As a lip balm lover (particularly flavored ones) I knew I had to purchase this. Do I need another flavored lip balm? No. Did I want a donut flavored one? A thousand times, yes.
I picked this up on a recent Ulta trip and I’m happy to report you can happily use it as a multi-balm should you like. I was concerned it would be too heavily fragranced for use all over but the scent isn’t overpowering.
What can you use it for? Lanolips Multi-Balm is a lot like Rosebud Salve. You can use it on your face for moisture, on your lips, on your cuticles, even on elbows and knees. Granted, I probably wouldn’t use this particular flavor on your face but it will work great on dry cuticles and and of course, on you lips. And hey, it isn’t that heavily fragranced so if you did feel inclined to use it on your face and you aren’t sensitive it might work out fine for you!
This tastes like a Glazed Maple Donut. It’s very yummy! You get the delicious sugary glazed donut followed by the warmth of maple. I was reading the reviews and someone said it tasted like bacon and sadly, I didn’t get that but I’d like to say I would not have minded if my tube tasted like a glazed maple donut with bacon. Yes, please, I’ll take the sweet with the savory. As Homer would say, Mmmmm DONUTS!
Is anyone dying over the cute donut packaging? I’m a sucker for cutesy packaging. This is a thicker formula that leaves lips with a nice shine and plenty of moisture. I normally used these in the winter when my lips are extra dry! They work amazing on chapped lips! They’re also great using for a brow wax or even mixed with a blush to create a dewy cream blush.
