For the first time ever, Adidas and Inter Miami expect to release an extra special third kit for the remainder of the 2024 season.
Instead of showcasing the club’s hallmark pink colors, the third kit is inspired by one of Miami’s other professional sports teams, the NFL’s Miami Dolphins.
Just look at the projected shirt—a glorified mashup of the Dolphins’ jersey and the Florida Marlins’.

The aqua-colored kit contains the upper elements of the existing ‘easy pink’ home kit: three stripes over the shoulders with the Adidas logo on the right chest. The Inter Miami logo lingers over the heart in all white, while an Art Deco font version of “MIAMI” outlines the front. Subtle orange and white accents (trademarking Miami Dolphins colors) touch the collar and cuffs.
Pinstripes have been all the rage this year ever since Lebron’s Liverpool one-off kit debuted last season. The Inter Miami third kit also takes cues from LAFC’s 2024 home kit, reproduced in dark and light aqua vertical patterns. Interestingly, Nike recently debuted pinstripes for the Canadian national team in preparation for this summer’s Copa America. The baseball-look is clearly football’s latest fashion import.
So far, sentiment about the release is mixed, with one fan admitting on X that the new shirt “is actually f*** terrible.” Wait until this fan sees AC Milan’s star Rafael Leao’s aqua t-shirt collection.
433futbol are not huge fans of Heron’s third kit, but we always appreciate a deviation. This shirt, especially the Messi version, could be one of those epic collector’s items in two decades.
