Everyone lost their minds last week when the Sol de Janeiro Perfume Mist Discovery Set dropped on Cult Beauty. This $40 Gift Set features almost all of the Sol de Janeiro permanent fragrances cute little 1 oz perfume mist bottles. I think if you’re a fan of the brand you likely have every single one of these fragrances in their full-sizes! Hell, I know I’m guilty of not only having them but also, having a backup or two (tell me you don’t at the very least have two bottles of ’71 hanging around which also, makes me a little ranty it isn’t included in this set!). But if you don’t have them this is a fine set to get you started. You get a total of 5 oz of fragrance for $40 and of course, I have to dissect and break that down a little bit for ya. A 3.4 oz bottle of your fav scent from Sol de Janeiro will set you back $24 and a 8.1 oz will set you back $38. Yeah, the value isn’t valuing here. If you’re in this purchase to save money I’d say you aren’t saving all that much but if you’re here for variety, well, that I can say you’ll get!

What fragrances come in the Sol de Janeiro Perfume Mist Discovery Set? You’re getting the legendary Cheirosa ’62 which is the OG scent from Sol de Janeiro. It’s one of my personal favs and smells like a tropical cake melting in your hand! You’ll also get Cheirosa ’68 which is sort of a little cousin to BR540. Cheirosa ’40 which is a flirty, fun floral with notes of black amber plum, vanilla woods, and jasmine blooms. Cheirosa ’59 the latest scent from the brand that apparently repels spiders (just kiddin’ or am I?). And Cheirosa ’87 aka Rio Radiance which is a pretty beachy scent with leite de coco and solar tuberosenotes!
