Sol de Janeiro is teasing us on social media today! Looks like Sol de Janeiro Summer 2024 Perfume Mists are coming but are they repromoted scents or new ones? Is one of these going to be the Sol de Janeiro Carioca Crush Perfume Mist that we heard whispers of a few months ago? Maybe! It looks like there will be three Summer 2024 Sol de Janeiro Perfume Mists based off a picture that the brand shared on Instagram today! However, two of them appear to be scents we might already have/had access to in the past. One looks like Rio Radiance and the other looks like they might be bringing back Tan Lines from the Summer 2022 Collection!
BUT….! There’s one bottle that’s brand new! It’s a hot neon orange shade and that makes me think it’s the Carioca Crush Perfume Mist we heard about back in January! Take a look at this ebay.com listing and you’ll see the packaging or just head over to Reddit or Tiktok as a bunch of folks have posted the same bottle. Apparently, it says this has notes of crisp pear, pink violet, and white cedarwood. Pear is making the rounds in the fragrance world at the moment and becoming quite a popular note for Spring and Summer fragrances. One of most popular and viral Arabic pear fragrances at the moment is Paris Corner’s Pear Potion! I seriously can’t get away from it! It’s everywhere and I really think it inspired some of the designer ones that are coming out at the moment! Looks like violet is another popular note as well considering Kayali Candy Rock Sugar is also embracing the note!
If I’m taking bets I’d say these will be available for a limited time in the smaller 3 oz bottles for $24 each. When the original threesome of Summer scents launched two years ago they sold out quickly but since that time Sol de Janeiro released others last year which were called Do Not Disturb, When in Rio, and Bikini Season they didn’t quite sell out as quickly so, it just might be safe saying these new ones might stay in stock for a bit before they disappear.
We can expect the Sol de Janeiro Summer 2024 Perfume Mist drop to happening on May 11th! Do you think it’ll be three new scents?
