A teaser trailer has been released for an upcoming fan-made Elden Ring anime short film. The trailer features some of the bosses from the game, showing off the likes of Malenia, Mohg, Radigon, and Maliketh, the Black Blade. It even teases DLC bosses like Messmer.
The project comes from SteinsAlter, an indie production group that creates and shares animated shorts online, and it looks really cool!
The anime’s director also said that the full anime short will be five minutes long and they are going to cram a lot of stuff into that five minutes. There’s a lot of hard work that goes into creating a few minutes of animation, and the creative team wants to deliver something that fans are going to love.
SteinsAlter also shared that this teaser trailer isn’t reflective of the final product. “Nothing is at the level I aimed for.” So, it will be interesting and cool to see what the final product looks like.
One thing is for sure, anime is the perfect medium to explore this epic fantasy world.
