The IWBF Europe European Championship Division B concluded with a thrilling finale, as Switzerland and Bosnia & Herzegovina claimed their spots in Division A, highlighting an intense competition in Sarajevo.
Switzerland took home the gold after an emphatic victory over Bosnia & Herzegovina in the final, dominating the game with a score of 85-40. This commanding performance capped off an impressive tournament for the Swiss team, who now return to competing in Division A. Bosnia & Herzegovina, despite the loss in the final, secured the silver medal and the second promotion spot, delighting their home supporters with their overall success.
Bosnia come second in the European Championship Division B
In the battle for the bronze medal, Latvia emerged victorious with a 68-50 win over Lithuania, securing a place on the podium and showcasing their competitive edge.
