My guest in this episode is psychotherapist, bestselling author, speaker and incredible human being Anna Mathur.

From the fear of losing our loved ones to dealing with relationships with others and ourselves and what to do if anxiety hits us, Anna has such insightful advice and amazing stories to tell. We chat about life being short and how important it is to live as our authentic selves and why what others think about us really is of no concernt to us (If people judge it is through the lens of their lives and there is nothing we can do about it so why not just let it go!)
