GMC has unveiled the next-generation 2025 GMC Terrain compact SUV, which now has more interior space, more tech features and a “truck-inspired” design that aligns it with the rest of the GMC lineup.

On the outside the 2025 Terrain now features a bolder exterior, with a more athletic look than before. The front fascia also shares some design cues with GMC’s truck lineup. Buyers can also choose a new two-tone roof option in black or gray.
Inside the more spacious interior has more standard tech features, including a 15-inch infotainment system and an 11-inch digital gauge cluster. The infotainment system also has Google Assistant, to help drivers reply to text messages or get directions from Google Maps.

The 2025 GMC Terrain will comes standard with a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 175 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque, that’s mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.

For the 2025 model year, only one trim level will be offered: Elevation. The 2026 Terrain will add two additional trim levels: AT4 and Denali.
The 2025 GMC Terrain is slated to arrive in late 2024.
