Subaru sales are up 600% year-on-year in July.
New car sales in Singapore surge 64.4% year-on-year in July to 3,917, bringing the year-to-date tally to 22,493, up 44.1% over the same period in 2023. Toyota (+11.8%) keeps the brands lead but trails the market by a significant margin. The great performer of the past year, BYD, manages a 366.7% year-on-year lift and returns to the 2nd place it holds year-to-date. Honda (+201.2%) also soars and gains two spots on June to land on the third step of the podium. Subaru (+600%), Tesla (+241.2%), Mercedes (+73.1%) and Hyundai (+72.4%) also beat the market in the remainder of the Top 10. Chinese fares Xpeng and Zeekr launch with 2 sales each.
