Jenna Ortega has had a great couple of years career-wise. With the Scream films, her hit series Wednesday, and the highly anticipated sequel Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, she is keeping her work schedule quite busy. So it makes sense that Marvel could be scouting her for a role in their ever-evolving universe.
According to industry scooper MTTSH, Ortega is now in talks for an undisclosed Marvel Cinematic Universe role. Ortega was rumored to be up for the role of White Tiger in Daredevil: Born Again at one point, but that didn’t pan out. Maybe because they came up with a different plan for her?
This, of course, is all rumor, and even if it does end up being true, she is only in talks, and it could work out, or not. Either way, Ortega has her schedule packed.
Coming up, she will star in Season 2 of Wednesday at Netflix, as well as Taika Waititi’s Klara and the Sun adaptation, and an untitled Trey Edward Shults film that will co-star The Weeknd and Barry Keoghan. She is also set to appear in A24 movies Death of a Unicorn with Paul Rudd, and Francisca Alegría’s Alba.
