Red Light Technology
Red light technology can help promote collagen production, reduce inflammation and speed up healing. It’s not only painless to use a red light mask, but relaxing! I incorporate it into my self care time as it’s almost meditative in a way.
CurrentBody really upped their game with the latest iteration of their LED Light Therapy Face Mask.
I was already a fan of their Series 1 LED Face Mask and was excited to see several improvements made in Series 2. My favorite upgrade is that the mask now wraps around the chin, allowing light to reach further and keeping the mask on securely even without the use of straps.
They’ve also added lights and an additional wavelength. Series 2 boasts and impressive 236 LED bulbs (132 in Series 1) spanning wavelengths of red, near-infrared and now a new deep near-infrared.
Microcurrent & Nanocurrent
I’ve been a faithful ZIIP user for several years. I’ve enjoyed incorporating microcurrent and nanocurrent technology into my anti-aging routine to lift, firm, sculpt and further encourage collagen and elastin production.

Hair Removal
After spending thousands on professional laser hair removal, I found myself needing a quality at home device to touch up. Disappointingly, after all those clinic treatments, I still have hair growth.
