Warner Bros will be releasing a new 4K Ultra HD version of this horror classic on Blu-ray in October this fall, and they've released a new trailer to mark the occasion. Wes Craven's A Nightmare on Elm Street originally opened in November of 1984 - which mean it's celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. The horror hit created an entire mythology along with the successful franchise. There have been a grand total of nine Freddy Krueger movies so far, including five sequels to the original, and the 2010 remake as well. It's not science fiction, it's already possible." 🤖 Tull Stories has revealed an official trailer for a documentary film titled Cyborg: A Documentary, the feature directorial debut of producer Carey Born. This first premiered at 2023 CPH:DOX Film Festival last year, and it has been playing on the festival circuit ever since. It most recently showed at the 2024 Phoenix Film Festival, but there's still no US release yet. Color-blind artist Neil Harbisson is the world's first formally-recognized cyborg. He has an antenna implanted in his head that allows him to "hear" color. Now Neil is on a mission to convince the world to follow him and adopt his credo: Design Yourself. Carey Born's engaging documentary follows visual Neil and his collaborator Moon Ribas – communicating their controversial ideas about the technological future of humankind. "We get to see all these characters be elevated in a completely different way than we've seen them before." Paramount has unveiled this fun behind-the-scenes featurette for Transformers One focused on the voice cast and the actors recording their characters. T-One tells the story of how the bots Optimus and Megatron went from being friends to enemies. The sci-fi prequel is set on the planet Cybertron and will center on the relationship between two Cybertronian workers named Orion Pax and D-16, and how they turned against each other and became sworn enemies. It's directed by Josh Cooley (Toy Story 4) and arrives in theaters starting in September - here's the main trialer. Paramount+ has revealed the full official trailer for the next season of the acclaimed mobster crime series Tulsa King, starring Sylvester Stallone as a New York mobster who is sent to work the racket in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Created by Terence Winter & Taylor Sheridan, the first season of this series debuted originally back in 2022 and ran through 2023. Looks like tons of people enjoyed it! Well Go USA has revealed an official trailer for Revolver, a Korean revenge thriller from filmmaker Seung-uk Oh, also the director of the films Kilimanjaro and The Shameless previously. It's now set for a US release later this month if anyone's curious to see how this story plays out. Su-young, a police detective who went to prison for someone else, is surprised when a mysterious woman named Yoon-sun arrives to collect her on her day of release. She quickly discovers that the promised compensation for her time behind bars has since vanished, so Su-young embarks upon a mission to reclaim what rightfully belongs to her. Lionsgate has revealed an official trailer for a generic thriller called Amber Alert, which is an extremely generic and uninteresting title for yet another movie like this. Oddly, director Kerry Bellessa made in a movie in 2012 also titled Amber Alert, with a similar plot – which means she's remaking her own film but with a more famous cast this time and a bit more money it seems. This new movie opens in September. An ordinary rideshare becomes a high-stakes game of cat and mouse when Jaq & Shane receive an alert of a child abduction on their phones. Quickly realizing they are behind a car that matches the description of the kidnapper's, Jaq & Shane desperately race against time to save the child’s life. The film is the first feature directed by a long-time producer named Robert Salerno, who is moving to a role behind the lens this time in addition to producing. The plot for Here After is one that has been seen many times before: When her teen daughter displays increasingly disturbing behavior after a near death experience, a mom becomes convinced the girl brought something evil back from the other side.
