Revlon Pink Duchess ColorStay Satin Ink Liquid Lipstick ($10.99 for 0.17 oz.) is a bright, darker pink with moderate, warm undertones and a pearlized, cream finish with glossy shine. Opaque pigmentation Very fluid, spreadable, creamy Slightly thicker/easier to over-apply Set to a lightly-to-moderately tacky feel, no lifting Transfer-resistant until eating Very long-wearing (12 hours of wear but doesn't make it through two meals well)

I still dream of a blue-based, almost ruby-red lipstick with fine, red pearl and a lumnious sheen.

MAC Gleamscape Extra Dimension Skinfinish ($42.00 for 0.31 oz.) is a pale, yellowed peach base with pink-to-gold shifting sparkle throughout. The base seemed more translucent than most of the brand's Extra Dimension Skinfinishes. Medium, buildable coverage Smooth, lightly emollient without being powdery Applied evenly and blended out well Long-wearing (8 hours but some sparkle migrated over time)
