L'Oreal Le Rouge Paris Infallible Matte Resistance Liquid Lipstick ($13.99 for 0.17 oz.) is a medium red with neutral-to-cool undertones and a flat, matte finish (once set). Fully opaque pigmentation in one layer Smooth, fluid, and easily spreadable Applied evenly; very tacky as it set (took about 1.5 minutes) - do not touch lips while setting! Long-wearing (8 hours very well, but not 16 as marketed); lightly drying over time

Mostly opaque pigmentation Lightweight, slightly thin consistency; glided on Applied evenly and was fairly forgiving of lip lines/lip texture Average-wearing (3 hours), lightly hydrating

For me, it might be more related to temperature than specifically season, but that's only if I'm going to be outdoors and typically more related to heavier, darker scents (lots of amber, woods, spices) on a very hot day. I feel like I'd wear a summery scent during the fall/winter out, though.
