Watch: Animated Music Video Journey for ‘Kind of Morning’ by Please
"Hop on board and follow Antoine through his dreamy journey in the American landscapes..." Every once in a while we come across a mesmermzing music video that is a must watch. Enjoy this fresh animated video made for the French pop bland called Please and their track "Kind of Morning". The animation plays like a short film, hence why we're featuring it. The video tells a rather sweet story about a dock worker named Antoine who ends up on a voyage to America in search of a peaceful farm. It doesn't go the way he's hoping, and that's part of the lesson he learns along the way. The video is created by an animation group in France called Collectif 99°, a collective of talented animators & filmmakers; it's directed by three of them – Clara Franciosi, Salomé Hammann, and Valentine Vendroux. There is something funky yet endearing about this Antoine dude, the character design & also his story, and it's fun to watch him make his way around America.
