Award-Winning Doc About Palestine – ‘No Other Land’ Official Trailer

"We have to raise our voices..." Dogwoof has unveiled an official UK trailer for the acclaimed, award-wining film titled No Other Land, made by a group of four filmmakers from Palestine & Israel. This premiered at the 2024 Berlin Film Festival earlier this year, where it won two major awards - then the filmmakers sadly ended up threatened and the festival didn't properly defend them which is a shame. I caught up with the doc at the Karlovy Vary Film Festival this summer and I very moved and unsettled by its portrayal of life in West Bank. For half a decade, Basel Adra, a Palestinian activist, films his community of Masafer Yatta being destroyed by Israel's occupation, as he builds an unlikely alliance with an Israeli journalist who also wants to join his fight. There is no way anyone can watch this doc and not see, plain as day, what is really going on with Israel doing horrible things to Palestine and treating so many of these simple people so poorly.
