New ‘Prepare’ Featurettes for Prime’s ‘Fallout’ Post-Apocalyptic Series

"Time to eat my beans!" With the release of the Fallout streaming series on Prime Video next week, they've launched a series of featurettes + an online contest to get people excited. Both videos are included below. Fallout is a live-action streaming series based on the immensely popular, beloved video game series of the same name from Bethesda Softworks. It was developed by and is being written / showrun by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, the two minds behind HBO's "Westworld" series as well. Set in a future, post-apocalyptic Los Angeles citizens must live in underground bunkers to protect themselves from radiation, mutants, and bandits after nuclear annihilation. The streaming series follows Lucy trying to survive in the aftermath of a nuclear war in an alternate history of a 1950s-esque retrofuturistic world, split between two factions. Ella Purnell stars with Walton Goggins as The Ghoul, Kyle MacLachlan, Xelia Mendes-Jones, Aaron Moten, Mike Doyle, Moisés Arias, Johnny Pemberton, with Dale Dickey as Ma June. Official Trailer for ‘The 50’ Doc About Prisoners Becoming Counselors

"Use that energy to do what you need to do for our community." LvL Film has revealed an official trailer for a documentary film titled The 50, made by filmmaker Brenton Gieser as his first feature film. While serving life sentences in a dangerously overcrowded and drug-saturated prison system, 50 men embark on a radical journey to become some of the first incarcerated Substance Abuse Counselors. 85% of the prison population has an active substance use disorder or were incarcerated for a crime involving drugs or drug use - which is why this story and this program is so important. This is being released during "Second Chance Month", a nationwide effort to raise awareness of the collateral consequences of a criminal conviction, and unlock second-chance opportunities for people who have completed their sentences to become contributing citizens. The doc premiered at the 2022 DOC NYC Film Festival, and it will be available to watch on VOD next week.
