Madman Films has unveiled a first look teaser trailer for a New Zealand film called The Mountain, marking the feature directorial debut of New Zealand actress Rachel House (from Hunt for the Wilderpeople and Thor: Ragnarok and tons of other films). It's currently set to open in NZ this March, though it still doesn't have release dates set outside of the country. This looks great! I want to see it! The film explores the journey of three young people as they seek solace under the watchful gaze of the Taranaki mountain (aka "Taranaki Maunga" - see Google Maps) and companionship in the spirit of adventure.
