First Look at Folk Horror ‘Round The Decay’ with an Original Monster

"Leave the valley before something really terrible happens." Dreamscape has revealed a trailer for an indie horror film titled Round the Decay, the latest from horror filmmaker Adam Newman (Everwinter Night). Round the Decay offers "a fresh take on the monster movie formula with roots extending into psychological & folk horror," with inspiration from Pumpkinhead and Cube. Arriving to watch in October in a few months. A young woman returns to the site of her broken engagement, Newport's Valley, NH, a sleepy tourist town with an all-consuming secret where something sinister lurks. Starring Victoria Mirrer as Kenzie, Damian Maffei, Sienna Hubert-Ross, Melody Kay, Phil Duran, Sarah Nicklin, plus Roger Clark. "Round the Decay has a lot of heart and a lot of character, but it definitely doesn't skimp on scares or gore. Plus, it has a new, original monster that we can't wait to introduce to you all."
