Hennessey Performance has just finished work on its latest Ram 1500<\/a> TRX super truck, this time taking the limited-run Lunar Edition and giving it a host of special components.<\/p>\n

It has been a couple of years since the Texas tuner first unveiled its Mammoth 1000 package for the Ram 1500 TRX<\/a>. The kit lifts the performance of the truck to even greater heights and turns it into an absolute animal. But what makes this Mammoth 1000 unique?<\/p>\n

For starters, it is the first example of the TRX Lunar Edition<\/a> that Hennessey has worked on. Like all other Lunar Edition models, it has a Ceramic Grey paint finish complete with a host of black accents across the exterior. The tuner has then fitted an available off-road package that includes unique front and rear bumpers, a suspension lift, 10-spoke aftermarket wheels with 37-inch off-road tires, and LED off-road lights. On the move, it looks like a beast and like all Mammoth 1000s, is a performance weapon.<\/p>\n
