He said Apple carries out its exclusionary anti-competitive conduct in two visible ways. The company told NBC News<\/em> the lawsuit \u201cthreatens who we are and the principles that set Apple products apart in fiercely competitive markets\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cIf successful, it would hinder our ability to create the kind of technology people expect from Apple\u2014where hardware, software, and services intersect. It would also set a dangerous precedent, empowering government to take a heavy hand in designing people\u2019s technology.
