Seg\u00fan revel\u00f3 la NHTSA, Stellantis ha retirado del mercado m\u00e1s de 322.000 autom\u00f3viles y camionetas por dos problemas separados con las bolsas de aire que afectan a las familias Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep y Ram.<\/p>\n

Esta automotriz es una de los peores fabricantes de autos con mas defectos y retiros.<\/p>\n

La retirada del mercado de bolsas de aire laterales de cortina para Dodge Charger y Chrysler 300<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

El mayor de los dos retiros abarca 284,982 veh\u00edculos por infladores de bolsas de aire laterales de cortina que podr\u00edan romperse y arrojar fragmentos met\u00e1licos afilados como metralla en el \u00e1rea de pasajeros.<\/p>\n

Las bolsas de aire se ubican en el riel del techo y se despliegan en el \u00e1rea de la cabeza y los hombros tanto del lado del conductor como del pasajero para evitar que el \u00e1rea de la cabeza y el pecho golpeen contra el marco en una colisi\u00f3n lateral.<\/p>\n

El retiro del mercado del inflador de la bolsa de aire de cortina lateral cubre los sedanes Dodge Charger del 2018 al 2021 y Chrysler 300 del 2018 al 2021. Ambos coches fueron descontinuados despu\u00e9s del a\u00f1o modelo 2023, pero el Charger ha renacido como un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico. Un lim\u00f3n que no durar\u00e1 hasta su primer retiro.<\/p>\n

Esto podr\u00eda sonar similar al retiro del mercado de bolsas de aire de Takata que sacudi\u00f3 a la industria automotriz en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, con m\u00e1s de 67 millones de bolsas de aire retiradas del mercado en aproximadamente 40 millones de veh\u00edculos de la mayor\u00eda de los principales fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

El retiro de autom\u00f3viles m\u00e1s grande de la historia tambi\u00e9n provoc\u00f3 la rotura de infladores que causaron la muerte de al menos 27 personas en los EE.
