While triple-doubles have become more prevalent in the NBA given the rapid pace many teams play, it is still not an easy thing to achieve. Players such as Domantas Sabonis of the Sacramento Kings<\/a>, Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks<\/a> and Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets<\/a> make it seem easier than it is.<\/p>\n Sabonis is on a record-setting pace for double-doubles this season, as the last time he didn’t record one was November 29th. Since that point, he has reeled off 58 consecutive double-doubles while recording 26 triple-doubles on the season.<\/p>\n Jokic, who is the odds-on favorite to win the NBA MVP award for a third time this season, has taken his performance to another level as well. He is second in the league this season with 23 triple-doubles, as he recorded his most recent one this week against the Cleveland Cavaliers<\/a>.<\/p>\n Second in the MVP voting in many people’s opinions is Doncic. He recorded his 20th triple-double of the season on Tuesday in a loss to the Golden State Warriors<\/a>.
